Apprentice Customer Service Advisor

Summerfields Leisure Centre

Hours: 37 hours per week

Rate of pay: £2.73 per hour

We are looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and professional freedom leisure team.  You will be responsible for:

• ensuring high levels of Customer Service in person and on the phone
• dealing with customer queries
• taking bookings for classes and activities, taking payments when necessary
• process memberships using a computerised system
• being the 1^st Point of Contact for customers entering the Centre
• to prepare, sell and serve drinks and food items as required
• to operate the cafe area in accordance with food hygiene standards and normal operating procedures

You will need to have experience of serving customers in a face to face environment, ideally in a leisure or sports industry role.  You will also need to have an excellent standard of English and Maths, including GCSE’s and a good working knowledge of IT and have the ability to study at NVQ Level 2.
