Hours: Various hours between Monday – Sunday.
             Casual and contracted hours available.
         
Salary: £5.35 - £6.50 per hour


We are looking for Recreation Assistants/Pool Lifeguards to join our friendly and professional freedom leisure team. You will supervise and assist the leisure centre members in the pool area and be responsible for:

• Ensuring the pool users are safe at all times
• Dealing with customer queries, comments and complaints
• Ensuring the pool area is ready for opening
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times
•  

You will need to have GCSE’s in English and Maths, ideally an NPLQ (although training can be provided).  It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills, ideally gained within a leisure or poolside environment.  Most importantly you will need to pass a pool competency test including swimming a minimum of 2 lengths of the pool confidently.

NPLQ course date: 30 ^th March – 3 ^rd April 2015
