Membership Advisor -  K2 Crawley
£13782.82 per annum + up to £500 per month commission
 
Freedom Leisure have a fantastic job opportunity for an enthusiastic Membership Advisor for the K2 Leisure Centre in Crawley.  K2 Crawley has a wide range of facilities offering an excellent choice of sporting and leisure activities, these include an Olympic sized swimming pool, 12 court Badminton hall, Athletics Stadium and 2 indoor bowls rinks.
 
What will you be doing?
This is a sales role, as part of a team of sales advisors who advise customers and prospective customers on membership options to drive forward membership sales for K2 Crawley Leisure Centre. 
You will be responsible for:
 

• Generating additional sales to achieve personal and team targets
• Conducting tours of the centre
• Taking incoming calls from prospective customers, make follow-up calls from previous enquiries and make outbound sales calls
• Producing direct mail shots to advertise the centre
• Contributing to events to increase local awareness of the centre
• Help with the production of customer retention and membership sales data to assist with the marketing plan
• Attending outreach events to raise the profile of the centre

 
This role will be working shifts to include weekends
 
What are we looking for?
You will be an outgoing person who is confident talking to the public.  You will have excellent communication skills to communicate face to face, on the phone and in writing therefore you will ideally have a good standard of education including GCSE’s in English and Maths. 
 
You will thrive on variety and have previously held a job where you had a varied workload, you will also have previous experience of sales or marketing. 
 
You will ideally have some experience of the leisure industry either through a previous job or through your personal interests.
