The Reservation Team Leader will lead and support the team of reservationists during office hours to deliver a positive guest experience and maintain standards.
The ideal candidate will be proactive in exceeding customer expectations and will possess excellent planning and organisational skills. You will work hand in hand with senior managers and the Marketing team to ensure your team is kept up to date on all current events and promotions.
