Recruitment Advisor - Piccadilly, London

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR & Recruitment team and take the lead on all Hospitality and Head office recruitment.

You will be hands on in leading the on-boarding process for new employees, running our assessment days and driving new initiatives to enhance the overall recruitment function.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to effectively manage both a high volume of applications and workload and managing the on-boarding process from application through to offer and placement.

Experience working within Hospitality recruitment with an understanding of how the industry operates will be key to the success of this role. You will keep track of all recruitment needs and prioritising workloads. You will ensure our recruitment spend is within budget, negotiating effectively to advertise in the right places for the best results.

This is an exciting opportunity for confident, well-organised and enthusiastic individuals with great communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. You will have to develop strong relationships across the business and be required to manage their expectations, which will sometimes be a challenge.
