The Site Manager is key to delivering memorable holidays to our guests by supporting their teams and their General Managers on the extraordinary journey. This role is key to building the team, setting the standards, implementing the processes and driving performance.

Living on site, responsible for the presentation of the location; the maintenance and cleanliness of our cabins; the management of our facilities including hot tubs and bikes you and your team will thrive on ensuring our guests’ outdoor experience is unsurpassed.

• Hours: Full time
• Contract type: Permanent

It is no ordinary operations role, at Forest Holidays it is our strategy to promote from within so this could be your first step on the ladder of becoming General Manager. You will have responsibility for the day to day running of the business including retail, housekeeping and facilities management. Salary up to £25k depending on experience.

Skills and Experience
