People and Culture Manager at Ardgartan, Argyll

Part time, permanent position

As a culture champion, you are key to developing the team, setting the standards, embedding our great customer service culture and driving performance. 

At Forest Holidays we like to develop our own and you will thrive on that.  It is all about, recruitment, culture and training.  As part of the management team you too are instrumental in delivering memorable holidays to our guests by supporting both the team and the leadership team on the extraordinary journey by planning and delivering training and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.

  • Location: Ardgartan, Argyll
  • Hours: Part time
  • Contract type: Permanent

The day to day people processes and administration will be second nature to you; recruitment, induction, performance management and training is where you will make a difference. The experience and knowledge you are likely to have gained as a line manager in a business that has customer service at the core of everything it does.
