Member Services Team - UK Contact Centre - Poole
Full Time - 6 Month Contract
Our multi-skilled UK Contact Centre has a fantastic opportunity for an Outbound Advisor to join the existing team primarily focused on contacting our members to discuss their memberships.
The Role
Primarily focused on making outbound calls to our members you will work to KPI’s and targets to achieve as a department to improve our member retention. The role will also involve inbound call duties.
You will be responsible for reviewing data, utilising our current retention offering and proactively trying to help our members to achieve their goals.
You will be required to deliver an exceptional member experience consistently and be able to discuss all aspects of fitness.
What do you need?
- Experience within an inbound and/or outbound contact centre environment
- Experience working to targets
- An understanding of the fitness industry desirable
