A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Crèche facility at Fitness First Poole for a Crèche Assistant to join the existing team working to provide a fantastic service at all times.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to become a valued member of our team; through their passion for the role and the drive to engage & support children, parents and carers alike.

The Role

Reporting into the Crèche Manager you will join an inspiring team, working efficiently to plan and organise a welcoming, fun & safe environment, delivering the highest calibre of care at all times.

You will be responsible for providing a high standard of all round care & development to each child entrusted into the care of the team. Working in accordance with the crèche Equal Opportunities policy you will need to be able to build rapport easily & establish positive relationships with all parents and carers. You will be responsible for the health, safety and cleanliness of the facility to ensure that all children in your care are not exposed to risk or danger.

 What do you need?

• Level 2 NVQ in Childcare / Diploma in Childcare
• Strong communication skills
