Our multi-skilled UK Contact Centre has a fantastic opportunity for a Member Support Advisor to join the existing team focused on contacting our members to discuss their memberships.

The Role

Primarily focused on making outbound calls to our members you will work to KPI’s and targets to achieve as a department to improve our member retention.

You will be responsible for reviewing data, utilising our current retention offering and proactively trying to help our members to achieve their goals. You will be required to deliver an exceptional member experience consistently and be able to discuss all aspects of fitness.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a performance driven individual to excel within a fun & energetic multi-channel atmosphere.

What do you need?  

 

  • Experience within a contact centre environment
  • Experience working to targets
  • An understanding of the fitness industry desirable
