We are currently recruiting for Member service managers who are passionate about customers.

This role is designed to deliver 10 out of 10 customer experience at all time through effective team leadership, continuous planning and fast execution of retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a customer service manager
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Experience in fitness industry, preferred but not essential
