Fit For Sport was founded by Dean Horridge in 1991 & has grown hugely over the last 20 years.

We are the UK’s experts in Engaging and Educating children, young people and families through activity.
 
Our team of children’s activity professionals  work throughout the year.  During term time we work within schools running activity based breakfast clubs, lunch provisions, after school clubs & also teaching curriculum PE.  Then during the holidays the fun doesn’t stop.  We run Activity Camps for 3-12 year olds in leisure centres & schools across the UK.
 
We can also offer Level 2 Activity Leadership Apprenticeships.  The programme is a great opportunity for people with the passion and enthusiasm to work within a sports coaching and activity leadership environment to a wide range of age groups. The programme equips the learner with the skills, knowledge and most importantly the confidence to plan, deliver and review a safe, progressive and fun activity. The course includes additional Behaviour Management, SEN (Special Educational Needs) and NSPCC Safeguarding Children training to ensure the learner has the tools to adapt to a variety of employment environments.  If you are 16 – 24 years old and interested in working with children in an activity environment, then simply visit our  Apprenticeship page for more information.
