We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Controller to join our highly successful team at the Ham Yard Hotel.

Your main responsibility as a Hotel Controller will be to oversee the stock control of the hotel.

You will be organised and manage stock levels and stock rotation effectively.  You will have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Excel. As Hotel Controller you will report directly to the General Manager on all financial aspects of the hotel.

What are my main duties as Hotel Controller?

  • Accurately record all deliveries and monitor stock levels using My Materials Control
  • Ensure all stock is available across the hotel departments
  • Supervise Goods Receivers
  • Analyse and create financial reports for General Manager
  • Undertake monthly stocktake audits
  • Review and correct profit and loss reports
  • Process all invoices on Filehound System
  • Assist with the preparation on the annual budget
  • Maintain budgeted cost of sales
  • Oversee hotel expenses

Hours required for the role of Hotel Controller:

As Hotel Controller you will work full time as required by the operation. You will need to be flexible with the days and times you are able to work.
