Health & Fitness Manager - Hatfield Swim & Leisure Centres
£21,329 to £23,407 pa
37 hrs per week
We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Health and Fitness Manager to manage our fitness facilities at the Hatfield Swim & Leisure Centres.
You will need to achieve the highest levels of customer care, services and retention, developing your teams to achieve improved attrition rates and customer usage.
Qualified as a level 3 fitness instructor, you must have experience of managing a busy health & fitness facility with over 2500 members, with a proven record of team management.
