Fazenda is a multi-award winning, Brazilian style Rodizio restaurant that offers its guests a unique and memorable dining experience through exceptional food and drink and meticulous service.

We are currently looking to expand our successful Manchester Bar team with a highly skilled and experienced bartender who can work a range of shifts including busy evenings and weekends.

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate you have the following attributes:

• A MINIMUM of 12 months bar experience in a busy, high end restaurant or cocktail bar
• Excellent customer service and teamworking skills
• A passion for making and serving creative and attractively presented cocktails
• An interest in wines, spirits and other beverages
• A pro-active approach to work
• Adaptability to meet the changing pace and demands of service

Please also note that you must be able to travel home safely from Spinningfields after midnight, particularly at the weekends.
