As a General Manager Designate, you will need to be flexible within Hemel Hempstead region. As a General Manager Designate, you will initially be based at the Crabtree, Hemel Hempstead. You will also need to be flexible within the St Albans and Welwyn area to enable you to have the opportunity to learn from exceptional managers within the brand before being placed in your own business, also be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
