Lounge Waiter / Waitress (Full or Part Time) to join our Food & Beverage team Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club is a stunning grade two listed country house set in 186 acres of beautiful grounds on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. An award winning 4 red star Hotel, fine dining two rosette Anderida Restaurant and fully equipped Country Club and Spa, we offer our guests a complete experience. We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about providing first class customer service to exceed our guests' expectations. Lounge and Bar Waiter/Waitress Overview:
Reporting to the Lounge & Bars Manager, you will assist in the smooth and efficient running of our three Drawing Rooms, Terrace and Bar. You will serve a selection of fine teas, coffee, light lunches, afternoon teas, soft and alcoholic drinks. As a Lounge and Bar Waiter/Waitress you will ensure that these are served to the highest standards and endeavour to make every meal an occasion for our guests. You will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.
Attributes/Experience
Previous experience is desirable, however training will be given. You will posess excellent customer service, communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Benefits In return....
