Ashdown Park Hotel, East Sussex, now has an exciting opportunity available for a
Commis Chef
to assist in our busy kitchen

Commis Chef Overview: To prepare food to the instruction and satisfaction of the Executive Head Chef / Sous Chef for Banqueting, the 2 Rosette Anderida Restaurant and the Brassiere. You will learn all the skills needed to progress within the kitchen. You will prepare produce to the highest standards as shown.

Attributes/Experience: To have experience of working in a busy kitchen, preferably in a four star hotel. NVQ level 1 or 2 desirable.
