Casual Waiters /Waitresses
to assist in the running of our busy Food and Beverage Departments on an 'as and when required' basis Excellent Rates of Pay and Benefits including free meals and Uniform Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club is a stunning grade two listed country house set in 186 acres of beautiful grounds on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. An award winning 4 red star Hotel, fine dining two rosette Anderida Restaurant and fully equipped Country Club and Spa, we offer our guests a complete experience. We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about providing first class customer service to exceed our guests' expectations. Overview: Reporting to the Departmental Manager, as commis waiter/waitress you will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage teams, providing excellent customer service. You will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed. You will provide food service to guests and assist with the preparation of function rooms prior to service.
Attributes/Experience: Some experience as waiter/waitress desirable, although not necessary as training will be given. Customer care and communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner are essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Due to our countryside location own transport is essential and due to the serving of alcoholic beverages applicants must be over the age of 18.
