Ashdown Park Hotel, East Sussex, now has an exciting opportunity available for Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club is a stunning grade two listed country house set in 186 acres of beautiful grounds on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. An award winning 4 red star Hotel and fine dining two rosette Anderida Restaurant.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about providing first class customer service to exceed our guests' expectations.

The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager is a key position within the hotel. You will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations within our 2 AA Rosette restaurant. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will join a professional and friendly team who's aim is to provide the highest quality of guest service at all times, to exceed customer expectations, maximize repeat custom and maintain quality standards. You will have an operational background with a sound knowledge of Food and Beverage and excellent verbal communication skills. You will be highly organised, passionate and self motivated. A passion for food and wine will stand you in good stead along with a desire to be the best.

Proven experience of managing a team is essential as is the ability to train, develop and motivate people to achieve the targets that will be set.
