Overview:

Reporting to the Departmental Manager, as commis waiter/waitress you will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage teams, providing excellent customer service. You will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed. You will provide food service to guests and assist with the preparation of function rooms prior to service.

Attributes/Experience:

Some experience as waiter/waitress desirable, although not necessary as training will be given. Customer care and communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner are essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Due to our countryside location own transport is essential and due to the serving of alcoholic beverages applicants must be over the age of 18.
