Restaurant Manager - Head Office, Regents Place

Job Role:

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to work within our stunning Head Office in Central London. This is a self-service restaurant which caters for Head Office employees and visitors and serves over 500 guests daily. Leading by example to motivate your team, you will foster a strong, customer focused culture committed to delivering outstanding food quality and operational excellence.

Candidate requirements:

We are looking for someone to:

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team
• maintain and develop strong working relationships
• set and communicate business goals and targets
• promote an environment of on-going personal development and growth
• maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and health and safety
• prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staffing, control and sales

In addition you will be a highly proactive individual who has the ability to solve problems and be innovative and have a commercial mentality and make effective decisions. You will be able to coach a team to succeed and with your open mind, act as a positive change advocate for the business. You will have energy, pace and be highly motivated to inspire a team to deliver results, show excellent communication skills and have the ability influence at all levels.
