Restaurant Supervisor - Waterford - 37.5 hrs

Debenhams has a variety of eating establishments including; our Restaurant for hot meals and drinks, our Café Venue where people can enjoy a pastry and cappuccino and some of our stores have a Heritage restaurant where we offer one to one table service.

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will work along side the Food Services Manager and will be responsible for the day to day running of all catering options within the store. In this role you will seek to maximize sales and profit performance through the delivery of excellent selling and service. You will achieve this through developing your team, ensuring excellent product presentation and delivery and maintaining sound financial controls

Skills

You will be a highly proactive individual with an enthusiasm for catering. You will have the communication skills to coach and develop a team to succeed and using an organized and flexible approach will be able to make effective decisions, delegating when appropriate.
