Each of our pub and restaurant brands has its own individual style, but every one of our 1,600 pubs are focused on making sure we always serve up a delicious food and drink, attentive customer service and a great guest experience.

As a Team Leader you can take pride in the day-to-day running of the pub, bar or restaurant - motivating the team, creating a great atmosphere and making sure our guests have a great experience. You may also be responsible for stock, cash, safety and shift management, this will depend on the level of the Team Leader role advertised.

Your prior experience in a ‘hands on ‘customer service role, together with our training programme will enable you to step into your first management role and develop both your business management and people skills. Before applying for this role please ask yourself - is this you?

· Are you passionate about working with a team to deliver market leading guest experiences?
· Are you confident leading a team and taking responsibility?
· Have you got a good eye for detail and are able to work under pressure?
· Some supervisory experience will also be an advantage.
