The role…
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Parlour alongside the Cheeky Manager, ensuring the team are working to the highest standards whilst having a good time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the day to day running of the Parlour goes smoothly with all aspects reflecting the brand ethos
- Be actively involved in the recruitment and retention of the new team and with on-going recruitment
- Monitor costs and stock control through careful management and effective ordering
- Achieve weekly and monthly service and retail targets, motivating the team and implementing initiatives
- Manage all aspects of Health and Safety for the Parlour
- Carry out regular training audits to ensure Cheeky treatments remain at the highest standard
- Build relationships with local businesses to maximise exposure for the Cheeky Parlour
- Experience in managing an P&L
