Who we are looking for

We're on the hunt for a self motivated, solution orientated individual to keep our Costa Express machines trading to the highest standards, ensuring customers satisfaction with the familiar taste of Costa. With a background in electrical or mechanical engineering you will be able to identify faults and repair them with pride and confidence.

You'll need to have great interpersonal skill to communicate with both internal colleagues and partners at site locations. You'll need to have a flexible approach, open to change and new ways of working and we will be looking for the successful candidate to work every other weekend.

A bit about the role

Carrying out repairs and planned maintenance to all of the Costa Express machines in your region, you'll be part of a supportive team responsible for providing a world class service experience for our customers and partners.

With your natural problem solving ability and logical mind set you will strive to continually improve machine reliability and reduce machine down time. We have some tough targets to hit so you'll need to be driven to succeed and take satisfaction in a job done well when you leave a machine trading to brand standards.
