Who we are looking for

Do you have your finger on the pulse of every social media platform going! Are you quick off the mark with response times and pride yourself in being passionately customer focused? Top notch communicator who can be guided by clear instructions and understand the right thing to do when facing the front line. Be able to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and own the conversation. You will help to shape and maintain best in class social media platforms.

A bit about the role

On the front line you will be accountable for monitoring & responding where appropriate across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Experience in digital /social media is a must and ability to represent the Costa brand online in a professional manner that is appropriate for social media and aligns to our brand and tone of voice communication guidelines. You will also be required to support our Customer Service guru's to resolve customer enquiries from social media through to completion.
