Restaurant General Manager – Exclusive New Opening- Mayfair

Location:         Mayfair, London

Salary:             £80k + bonus

The Venue:

• A brand new, high-end restaurant, opening in 2017 in Mayfair
• The site will have huge PR behind it
• Open for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a wide range of customers, very much a foodies restaurant. Modern and cutting edge.
• This will be one of the hottest new restaurants in London

The Role:

• The role would suit a General Manager that knows the London scene, with a proven track record, having worked in high profile Restaurants
• This is a high volume restaurant and the GM needs to be top of their game.
• You will lead a large team.
• Look at the P&Ls with a careful eye and be a whizz with the administration when needed.

The Person:

• Needs to be polished, enthusiastic and work to high standards
• Work in a professional yet friendly manner
• Wine qualification and wine purchasing knowledge is preferred
• Be a team player and assist where required
• Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team
• Must have worked in a GM role for at least 3 years.
