Event Sales Manager- Stunning Venue- £26k+ bonus

Ideal candidate:

  • Proven track record with at least 2 years catering and event experience in venue or event sales.
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Is self-motivated with a desire to surpass targets.

Your role will involve:

  • To handle incoming customer enquiries, prepare quotes and respond to demands within a timely manner.
  • Responsibility for managing your own workload, working at a variety of venues across London and UK and across a range of bespoke, group and venue projects.
  • Main contact with client from enquiry to event completion, working alongside the operations team, building good relationships and promoting good venue partnerships.
  • Ensure that all relevant and appropriate H&S documentation, risk assessments and method statements relating to your allocated events are completed professionally.
  • Deliver all events within set budgets and reduce event delivery costs where possible without impacting on event quality.
  • Budget control and reconciliation of events including all invoicing to clients, from suppliers and debt collection for your events.
  • Take responsibility for your individual clients / events and ensure that invoices are raised and passed to the client in a timely fashion in line with agreed payment terms
  • Ensure all supplier invoices are signed off and passed to accounts in a timely fashion.
