Receptionist for Luxury Hotel – Worcester - £16,500
Rotation on a shift pattern basis: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm
Staff accommodation available if necessary
Full time, Permanent contract.
The Hotel:
- Beautiful Luxury Country Manor Hotel
- 50+ luxurious bedroom hotels
- High End Modern British cuisine restaurant
- Weddings and Corporate venue
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Check in and check-out of guests
- Answering the telephones
- Ensuring invoices are to company standard
- Deal with customer comments in an efficient and professional manner
- Maximising sales
Key skills:
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of Protel
- Flexibility
- Friendly, enthusiastic approach
- Proactive approach to service
- Good industry awareness and ability to implement new standards
