Duty Manager – Luxury Country Hotel in Worcestershire – £21000
Position: Duty Manager / Guest Service Manager / Guest Relation Manager
Salary: £20000 - £21000 + service charge + benefits
Contract: Full time, permanent
As Duty Manager you will be supporting the operation of the hotel with the support of the F&B, Reception and C&B divisions. You will also be the is responsible for managing guest comments and social media for the property. You will be responsible to develop a team of 2 guest assistant.
This is a newly created position and we are seeking an experienced individual from Hotel or Resort background looking to develop and help create this new division and work closely with the Deputy General Manager.
We will be keen to speak to supervisor or junior manager from F&B, C&B or Duty Manager background.
Staff accommodation is available if necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience as supervisor or junior manager within a luxury 4*L or 5* star hotel
- Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
- Be a People Person
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
- Be highly motivated and passionate
- Experience in handling VIP Customers
- Flexibility
- Driving licence and own transport
