This is a new opening for a growing, well respected London based group, an incredible opportunity in East London for an experienced Assistant General Manager, this is a beautiful, food focused Pub and with this in mind we are looking to recruit the right person!
THE COMPANY
This food focused pub & restaurant group need a guest led Assistant General Manager who can lead by example and motivate their team to deliver consistently excellent customer service.
With 8 sites now, they are well respected and growing at a healthy pace.
They promote from within and offer great training that will immerse you in their culture and in the individual site as they all have different personalities!
THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
While your experience will mean you probably know the operational side of things inside out, that's not all we're looking for. We want people with a real flair for guest relations and business who can drive sales by giving great service that has people coming back!
Entrepreneurial excellence and innovation will get you excited as well as being passionate about food provenance, fresh, original drinks and exceptional service.
You will have a thirst for knowledge coupled with a desire to give your guests the very best service, standards and product.
