Title: Restaurant Manager
Salary: £24,000
Location: Cambridge

Job Role
To help develop the restaurant within this beautiful and busy hotel. To really develop and build the team, leading a strong restaurant team and making it shine within the hotel

• Assisting with the budgeting for the hotel, and influencing P&L.
• Training the staff and assisting in leading the team and getting the most out of staff.
• Working on getting strong links with the local community
• Communicating with all other departments of the hotel
• Managing Payroll in line with company forecasts

The Candidate
The hotel is looking for a switched on Restaurant Manager that really knows how to build a strong team and will have control of each of the restaurant areas. You will be financially astute and have a business mind.

• Service focussed, with really good attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of statutory regulations.
• Strong at training and development, able to get the best out of a team
• Able to achieve budgeted targets, with a ‘can do’ attitude
