My client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head Chef for a world famous hub of creativity and entertainment!

 A diverse venue with facilities available for all types of Hospitality and Catering

As Head Chef for this award winning company you will lead a team of 10 across multiple outlets including:

• Retail

• Fine Dining

• Events

• Hospitality

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strengths in the following areas:

• Train and develop the team

• Achieve and maintain exceptional standards of food, delivery and service

• Take a hands on approach

• Have experience in multi-outlet sites, including food retail

• Be enthusiastic about quality ingredients and sensational food

• Strong leadership skills

• Full Systems Compliance in accordance with Company directives

• Delivery of Company Standards to the agreed standards

• Delivery of large volume catering and events including VIP Fine Dining

• Proven ability to achieve GP margin and financial control

• Comply & implement all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene requirements
