Casual Customer Services Advisor - Casual (Ref: CCSA-BS)

Location: Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre

Salary: £3.87 - £7.20 per hour

Hours: Ad Hoc

Under 18’s - £3.87

Age 18-20 - £5.30

Age 21-24 - £6.70

Age 25+ - £7.20

Casual workers required on an ad hoc basis with no guaranteed hours of work.  Various hours include day, evenings and weekends! 

We are currently recruiting for Casual Customer Services Assistants. This will involve providing an effective, friendly and efficient service to our customers

Duties will include:

  • To take bookings and payments for activities at the Centre
  • Handle general and sales enquiries
  • To carry out cash reconciliations.
  • Follow normal operating procedures and carry out emergency action plans when required
  • Maintain records of lost property
  • Ensure that the working area is presentable at all times
  • Ensure adequate provision of literature are available at all times

We are looking for someone who is energetic and passionate, possesses excellent customer care skills and is a good communicator!  

Varied experience of working in a customer service environment or equivalent nature would be advantageous.  Experience of electronic booking systems, cash handling and sales is desirable.
