Prezzo Ltd are a leading branded restaurant company with a portfolio of 300 quality restaurants within the UK and now Ireland. Prezzo incorporates 4 other brands as well as our Italian casual dining chain, these are CHiMiCHANGA Tex-Mex, Cleaver, Caffe Uno and our new brand, MEXIco.
CHiMiCHANGA is made up of 35 restaurants, a casual dining brand with plenty of personality! Bringing the taste of Tex-Mex to the UK alongside refreshing cocktails and buzzing atmospheres! MEXIco was a new brand to 2016, currently 2 restaurants strong with steady and exciting growth plans for the future.
Our teams are growing! We have an exciting opportunity to bring on a Digital Marketing Executive for our Mexican brands, CHiMiCHANGA & MEXIco!
The Digital Marketing Executive will form a key member of the Brand and Marketing Team. You will work closely with the marketing team, external agencies, third parties and operations
Key responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies to build an engaging digital/social media connection with consumers across both Mexican restaurant brands
- Responsible for the creation and successful implementation of all emails, social media posts, etc., for the brands
- Drive customer engagement and revenue through social channels and third parties
- Monitor the presence of our Mexican restaurant brands and promos across all social media channels and third party websites/emails
- Discover and champion new social media opportunities, channels, and creative ideas to increase our reach, brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor and report on performance of social media channels - weekly
- Manage and implement all new menu and brand developments across social media channels and partner websites
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor our ongoing brand presence on owned social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.) and across our partners
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insights of online marketing trends and keep our strategies one step ahead
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) a plus
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree or similar in digital marketing or relevant field
- Respond with a positive attitude to new demands, new priorities, and challenges
- Be a team player who enjoys working in a high achieving, fast paced environment
- Have a commitment to always delivering the best – setting standards
- Experience in a similar industry preferred
