Our Guests are ravenous after a fun filled day on the Resort and they will arrive to the Zafari Bar & Grill Restaurant and Temple Bar Restaurant looking for a feast! We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Commis Chef to go wild and explore this pioneering adventure, so if you think you’ve got what it takes apply today!

You will assist with the smooth and efficient operation of our Hotel Kitchen, ensuring all health and safety & food safety procedures are strictly followed and only the highest standard of food leaves the kitchen. You will assist head chef in ensuring that waste is kept to a minimum whilst profit levels are maximised. Finally you will strive to exceed our guest expectations by cooking food as per the recipes and specs provided.
