Our Guests are ravenous after a fun filled day on the Resort and they will arrive to the Zafari Bar & Grill Restaurant and Temple Bar Restaurant looking for a feast! We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to go wild and explore this pioneering adventure, so if you think you’ve got what it takes apply today!

You will assist with the smooth and efficient operation of our Hotel Kitchen, ensuring all health and safety & food safety procedures are strictly followed and only the highest standard of food leaves the kitchen. You will assist head chef in running a smooth operation . At times you will be running a shift and managing the kitchen you will also assist Head Chef to oversee the daily organisation of the kitchen ensuring that waste is kept to a minimum whilst profit levels are maximised. Finally you will strive to exceed our guest expectations.
