Guests visit Chessington World of Adventures Resort for Britain’s wildest day out and it is the Hotel Food & Beverage department that they rely on to keep them fuelled for their jam packed day! We are currently recruiting for several team leaders with varying availability to join the team, so if you think you’ve got what it takes to be one of our fun and hardworking Team Leaders for our team then apply today!

You will manage the day to day operation of some of the F&B Units, whilst ensuring that first class service is being delivered and profits are being maximized. You will supervise a team of seasonal hosts with a hands on approach; actively ensuring high standards of Adventurer care are maintained by them. You will actively seek ways to increase revenue and keep wastage to a minimum. You will ensure that the department standards are met and all orders are made and delivered within specified timescales and budgets to ensure the units are fully stocked. You will performance manage your immediate team and enforce Health & Safety policies, procedures and cleaning standards.

You will have excellent communication skills, high levels of energy and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service whilst inspiring your team to do the same. You will have the ability to work to your own initiative, to set goals and timescales and have a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills. Finally you will be results-focused, confident at talking to our families, and be able to solve problems whilst keeping your 'cool' on a hot day.
