Glamping Experience Supervisor - Chessington
Are you ready for your next wild adventure?
As the face of our Explorer Glamping, our Glamping Experience team, are dynamic and motivated to deliver engaging & memorable guest experiences, to both our families and corporate guests. This role is focused on maximizing revenue and delivering the highest levels of guest care. Leading the team, you will ensure a flawless daily operation and will be a brand ambassador for the Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Merlin. You will of course be involved in recruiting, training and constant development of your team to be confident, engaging and focused team players.
Chances are you will be in a similar role and looking for your next wild adventure; ideally you will have a hotel background with experience in rooms division in a property of a similar size. You will be used to leading from the front, confident enough to make informed decisions, an excellent communicator and might even be able to speak a second language. You will have high standards and will be smart and friendly in appearance. You will have a good understanding of the Chessington Resort and Merlin, and an idea of our future growth and expansion plans in hotels.
