Head Gardener - Champneys Eastwell

Champneys Eastwell is a country house hotel set in 62 acres of grounds in the middle of a 3,000 acre estate. The manor has 23 bedrooms and 19 mews cottages. The hotel facilities include the Manor AA 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant and private function rooms.  The Spa includes a state of the art leisure centre, beauty salon, and Restaurant.

We are currently looking for a Head Gardener to lead and develop  a small existing team. The Head Gardener will be expected to organise daily maintenance of the gardens and golf course, maintain Health and Safety and Garden records. The successful candidate will have experience in machinery operation, be a team player as well as be able to work alone. Hort Level 2 and PA1 and PA6 are advantageous.
