The Cuban is set over two floors with the Cocktail bar located on the ground floor & the Restaurant on the first. The Cuban encapsulates the spirit of Cuba perfectly with its atmosphere, style, and our delicious food & cocktails.

We are hiring for full time and part time bartenders, barbacks, and waiting staff.

All Cocktail Bartenders must be willing to contribute to all aspects of the business, cleaning,
Taking Food & sometimes serving orders & other general bar duties.

Positions available up-to 40-45 hours per week, you will be required to work Friday’s, Saturday’s & Sunday’s

You must be able to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues in a very busy bar environment.

Role Requirements:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
• We require excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a friendly and efficient service
• Strong understanding of the customer care/service culture
• You must be able to work well as a part of a team
• Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people
• Previous experience in the relevant position
• Strong level of written and spoken English
