Grill Chef- Shaka Zulu

Shaka Zulu is a stunning South African restaurant, featuring open flame grills, offering diverse cuisine from all parts of South Africa and beyond.

Our menu showcases traditional South African cuisine and we offer game meats such as Kudu, Ostrich, Springbok and Zebra, all from Namibia.

We are looking to hire an experienced grill chef for a full time position.

Requirements for the position:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
• Be available to work full-time and be flexible to work split shifts, nights and weekends
• An ability to stay calm when the pressure mounts
• First rate culinary skills
• Good use of English with the ability to communicate confidently
• Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people
• Previous experience as a grill chef, or similar role
