What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Commis/Apprentice chef to join our team cooking traditional British seaside food in our brand new fish and chip restaurant!

All of our food will be produced fresh and you will learn lots of different techniques and cooking skills using our brand new state of the art kitchen and learning from our experienced Chef team. You will also be able to complete our apprenticeship program and achieve an industry recognized Level 2 Qualification in professional cookery.

Further training and continuing professional development including food safety and Health and safety qualifications will be achieved.

Assist with deliveries into the kitchen as required

Complete all NVQ units as necessary and on-time

Follow direction of senior chefs

Observe and learn all food safety regulations

To assist with the preparation of menu items as required by the Senior Chef

Treat our guests like they are family
