Shops Team Member - Butlins Minehead

We have an array of shops on resort ranging from The Spar, our supermarket to Toybox, the ultimate destination for children with a huge choice of toys and games to The Store, our flagship store, the perfect place for our guests to purchase a gift or souvenir. You will be responsible for all aspects of delivering a professional shopping experience with seamless service whilst maintaining the sense of theatre and fun our guests expect from a holiday at Butlins.

The Role

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service to 'help hard-working families rediscover their sparkle'
• Ensure goods offered for sale are properly displayed, priced and advertised
• Have attention to detail and a creative flair, with the ability to communicate at all levels and thrive under pressure
• Engage and build relationships with our guests helping them get the most from their stay
• Look for ways to exceed guest expectation and always, without exception, be willing to go the extra mile for our guests
• Work as a team to consistently deliver day to day operations to a pristine standard
• Operate a till and handle financial transactions
