Family Golf – 40 hrs per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a front of house focused Cafe Manager / Coffee Shop Manager to oversee Sidcup Family Golf Café which is due to go live in March 2017. You'll manage all the day to day operation including rotas, Health and Safety and Staff training. Main Responsibilities:

The cafe is open 7 days a week. As the Café / Coffee Shop Manager you will be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business, you'll maximise the performance of your team. leading by example and setting high standards, the Café / Coffee Shop Manager will enhance sales and provide our customers with great service.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a proven track record in a management capacity
• Ideally have a branded high street retail food background
• Commercial skills are a must
• Financial awareness to complete weekly business returns
• Motivated to deliver consistent high standards of food and service quality
• Friendly and approachable, with the management skills to develop and manage a team
• A 'can-do' attitude
• Computer literate
• Level 2 in Food and Hygiene
• MUST be able to cook
