RESPONSIBLE TO: General Manager and Group Sales Manager
Aldwickbury Park Golf Club is part of BGL Golf, one of the largest owners and operators of golf facilities in the UK, privately owned by the Guinness family. The company is committed to ensuring that each site provides the highest quality in the market segment with particular emphasis on the company vision and values.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Membership, Events and Group Golf.
- Manage the team of sales advisors to achieve the required KPI’s.
- To induct, train and provide continual development for each sales advisor.
- To conduct monthly observational feedback on telephone enquiries and tours.
- The recruitment of sales advisors at first interview stage.
- Generating leads through outreach, business networking and building local relationships.
