An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and passionate Head Chef to join the Brasserie Blanc family at our stunning site in Bristol.

The Head Chef will need to have a great personality, strong communication and leadership skills, presence, passion and a proven track record working within high volume, fresh food operations as well as strong financial acumen.
