Do you have a passion for communicating to guests whilst working for The Times 5th Best Big Company in the UK?

Haven Holidays is currently looking for a new addition to our Guest Relations Team, who will join us during an exciting period of change, as we look to reshape how we help guests that finish their holidays and are not completely satisfied. You will be looking after a number of your own parks and responding to our guests with a resolution through different contact channels.

To be successful I will:

Have an excellent telephone manner

Have good written communication skills

Be a strong team player and can approach work with a one team culture

Effectively manage your day-to-day work load ensuring we respond to the guests in a timely manner

Proactively communicating with park teams, Holiday Experience Managers and key stake holders identifying areas for improvement for reducing complaints (root cause analysis)

Need to be able to respond to our guests demonstrating listening, understanding and empathy skills

To ensure that the quality and appropriateness of communication is in line with the brand standards and guidelines but taking in to consideration the guests needs

Desired skills:

Previous experience within the complaints/resolutions environment

Experience with Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and listening skills are essential

Good time management, able to work to and meet deadlines

Experience within leisure/travel is ideal but not required
