A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef for our brand new and exciting concept venue at Primrose Valley Caravan Park
Leading a team of chefs to deliver multiple food offerings to our guests, you will be known for always delivering the highest standard of food quality and presentation whilst leading a great team who put the customer at the heart of all they do.
The Head Chef will work with the Venue Manager to recruit and train all new starters as well as working closely to ensure targets are reached. As Head Chef you will be responsible for all BOH duties and will be accountable for financial aspects of the kitchen operation
The Purpose of the role:
Ensuring health and safety and Food Safety regulations are followed at all times
Leading the kitchen team to prepare meals according to the specification provided
Training kitchen staff Ordering of food ingredients and supplies
Monitoring usage and wastage of ingredients through effective prep plans and ordering
Supporting recruitment of new kitchen team
Review supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
Work with the Restaurant Manager to deliver a great customer experience within the restaurant at all times
